Fire kills 21 people in a psychiatric hospital in southern Russia

A further 20 people were injured in the blaze which destroyed a hospital building in Alferovka, a village in the Voronezh region Twenty-one people have been killed in a fire at a psychiatric hospital in southern Russia, according to the country's emergencies ministry.
